Terms

The plain-language rules for using Serfin.

These terms cover Serfin’s public site, waitlist, invitations, sign-in, and current $50 offer. Invited participants review and accept the complete versioned offer before secure Checkout.

Effective August 21, 2026

Invite-only access

Access is early and limited. Joining the waitlist, verifying an email, or receiving a sign-in link does not guarantee an invitation or establish eligibility. Invitations may be revoked. Do not try to access another person’s account or bypass Serfin’s security controls.

The offer

Once invited, Serfin costs $50. We’ll either find one action we estimate is worth at least $500 to you over the next 12 months, or give you your $50 back.

The $500 is an estimate based on the information available. It is not a promise that you will actually make or save that amount.

The $50 covers one paid case and at most one participant-visible, founder-approved action.

One action must reach the $500 estimate on its own. Serfin compares that action with doing nothing and uses conservative, documented information to count measurable money saved, earned, recovered, or costs avoided during the next 12 months. Costs needed to take the action are subtracted. Convenience and time saved do not count toward this guarantee.

The current transactional offer is version pilot-offer-v1. The version presented and accepted before Checkout controls each paid case.

Eligibility and acceptance

This offer is available across all U.S. states.

I have read and accept this offer. I confirm that I am at least 18, live in the United States, can understand and accept these terms, and am authorized to act for the financial accounts I may ask Serfin to review.

Serfin asks for this one combined confirmation before payment. It does not ask for a date of birth, address, state field, known financial task, account details, balances, or documents at this stage.

AI drafts. The founder decides what you see.

Serfin uses AI to evaluate completeness, find possible actions, and draft an internal brief. AI never publishes a recommendation. The founder reviews the work before one in-scope action can become visible to you.

You sign in directly, keep credentials and one-time codes private, handle identity verification, inspect the final institution screen, and make every final authorization. Serfin cannot move money or make decisions at your institution on its own.

Serfin is designed to identify one useful next action and help you carry it out. It is not comprehensive financial planning, and the service does not provide securities, tax, legal, mortgage, property, insurance, or equity-compensation advice.

Payment and financial information

Payment happens on Stripe’s secure Checkout page. Serfin does not ask for or store your card details, and keeps payment details out of URLs, analytics, session replay, and routine application logs.

Financial intake happens separately after payment. This page does not ask for a financial task, account details, balances, or documents.

Refunds and follow-up

If founder review concludes that Serfin cannot deliver an action it can responsibly help with that meets the guarantee above, you receive a full $50 refund. Before the founder publishes an action for you, you may ask to stop and receive a full $50 refund. If you stop responding, Serfin may send reminders but will not refund automatically. After the founder publishes an action that meets the guarantee, the $50 is normally earned even if you decide not to take it; any later refund is a case-by-case goodwill decision.

Site use and changes

Keep secure links and account access private, and tell Serfin if you believe access has been compromised. While access is limited, Serfin may change or pause the public site or access flow. Material changes to these terms will be shown with a new effective date.

Questions

Email support@serfin.app with questions about the service or these terms, or to request a refund covered by the accepted offer. Do not email card details, passwords or other credentials, one-time codes, or financial account information.
